The custom software is designed to manage Intune's maintenance support contracts and features a call-logging and tracking mechanism that matches hardware and software assets with client users. Nadav Kander Lambert/rubicon ripped out and re-engineered the project estimate, costing, tracking and invoicing module at the heart of Nadav Kander's job management system, on behalf of Intune Computer Services. Cogent Lambert/rubicon created a custom FileMaker application for Cogent, which used to be part of Nortel Networks, a global telecommunications company. The software contained a mechanism for evaluating the significance of, and summarising, the environmental impacts of the company. The software was flexible and customisable, both in technical detail - for example, criteria used to evaluate significance - and in visual display features such as the photos used to adorn environmental impact profiles.
