Lambert/rubicon has created a custom FileMaker application for Salysol, a snack importer, on behalf of Intune Computer Services. The custom software is designed to track orders for products: receiving the order from the customer, packing the order, dispatching the goods, raising the invoice and recording payment. The software includes differential price lists, custom credit profiles and a full spectrum credit control function. The client has already seen a marked improvement in cashflow following installation of the application.

	The Actions screen displays the status of orders in the workflow: what orders to be packed, what orders to be invoided, what orders to be dispatched and what orders to be paid for.
	The Products screen enables the details for products to be entered, including price groups and tax status.
	The Contacts screen enables the details for contacts (customers or suppliers) to be entered, including price list and credit limit.
	The Orders screen displays the status of each order in the workflow: which milestone has passed and are any overdue for payment.
	The Order screen enables the details of an order to be entered. Items on an order can be backordered if out of stock.
	The Invoice screen enables details of an order's invoice to be entered.
	The Log screen displays a log of important transactions carried out within the system.
	The menus are fully customised and context sensitive with complete specification of keyboard shortcuts.
