Lambert/rubicon has created a custom FileMaker application for Intune Computer Services, an IT support company. The custom software is designed to manage Intune's maintenance support contracts and features a call-logging and tracking mechanism that matches hardware and software assets with client users. The application enables different priorities to be set and for support tickets to be grouped into maintenance reports or enhancement requests. The application also generates maintenance performance reports.

The main Ticket screen captures information on each ticket, whether support-related or a feature request. Automated emails are generated at each stage of the ticket management process.

The Client screen captures detail relating to each client, including main email preferences for senior client personnel required to sign-off a feature request.

The Office screen captures details relating to specific client offices.

The Asset screen captures details about the hardware and software assets at each office.
