Lambert/rubicon has created a custom FileMaker application for Fiona Crole Designs, an interior design company, on behalf of Intune Computer Services. The custom software is designed to provide a contacts and communications hub; a process for streamlining the creation of estimates through picklists; the creation of commissioned orders with subordinate purchase orders raised directly to suppliers; invoicing (including for tracked time and expenses); and payment tracking.

The Contacts screen captures information relevant to contacts and displays linked data such as estimates, invoices and purchase orders. |
The Communication hub enables letters, faxes, emails, meeting notes and file notes to be created from anywhere within the system, linked to a contact, an estimate, an order and/or an invoice. |
The Template for a letter, like all output, is previewed automatically first. |
The Estimate screen captures information relating to the estimate to be sent to a client. |
The Order screen captures the details of an order, including purchase orders, booked time and expenses and raised invoices. |
The Invoice screen enables the different types of invoice or credit note to be created. All lists within the system look like this, with sortable headings. |
The Payment screen captures payment details and allocates the money to outstanding invoices. |
Reporting is available throughout the system to provide quick analysis of the status of, for example, estimates and orders. |
A wide array of Settings are provided for the client to customise the system. |
